Ma Petite Caravane Photo is a mobile photobooth set up in a vintage caravan.
We take care of everything: setup, equipment management, and guest assistance. Participants step into the caravan, choose their props, strike a pose, and receive their printed photos in just a few seconds. We are there to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help your guests make the most of the photobooth experience.
What customization options are available?
We offer several options to personalize your experience:

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weddings and large events during peak seasons (spring-summer).
However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, depending on availability.
How does photo printing work?
Each photo session produces an instant print.Our photos are printed in a classic format, but larger format options (XL) are also available.
What areas do you cover?
Transportation and setup are included within the Paris region.
If your event takes place outside this area, we can travel for an additional transportation fee, calculated based on the distance. Contact us to get a personalized quote.
What are the payment and cancellation conditions?
To book Ma Petite Caravane Photo, we require a 10% deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
In case of cancellation:

If you cancel more than 3 month before the event, the deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation occurs less than 3 month before the event, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we remain flexible and open to rescheduling if exceptional circumstances arise.
Do you offer services for corporate events?
Yes, Ma petite caravane photo offers services tailored to corporate events (product launches, team-building, etc.). We offer customization options to add your logo or a message to the photos, and we can adapt our services according to the needs of your event.
Do you offer an online service for sharing photos?
Yes, all the photos taken during your event are available in a private online gallery.
Your guests can access it, download high-definition photos, and easily share them with their loved ones.
How long do you stay on-site?
The Standard Package includes 7 hours of service, which typically covers an event from the afternoon to the early evening.
We can also adjust the duration of our presence based on your specific needs (additional hours available for an extra fee).
What if we want more prints?
Prints are unlimited for the duration of the event included in your package. Your guests can print as many photos as they like, at no additional cost. Our goal is for everyone to leave with a souvenir and for the good vibes to flow freely! 🔄 If you opt for a personalized or customized package, we can also adapt to your specific needs (format, quantity, special options).
